Scope of works:
Structural & Geotechnical Engineering Works

• Designing of sub-structure and super structure of all new proposed buildings and ancillary buildings.
• Interpretation of soil investigation report and designing the foundation of new proposed buildings ancillary buildings such as i) Bangunan and ii) Kerja-Kerja Luar yang berkaitan

Civil Engineering Works

• Earthworks up to the formation level to ensure suitability and to accommodate other external works.
• Drainage and Sewerage system
• Internal and access road
• External Water Reticulation
• Site Supervision
• Provide full-time engineering supervision on site

Commencement: 2007
